DMV Appointments

Select an office to book. If there are no appointments available, check back later. Appointments are released daily and have priority over walk-ins.

Testing is not provided by the Motor Vehicle Department; it is available only through the Driver’s License Office.

The Motor Vehicle Department is currently offering basic driver’s license services for those who already have an Idaho driver’s license
— including renewals, replacements, and applying for a Star Card.

If the Motor Vehicle Department is unable to process the service you need,
you’ll need to schedule an appointment with the Driver’s License Office, which handles driver testing and advanced driver licensing services.
