The Canyon County Development Services Department announces the proposed amended continuing agenda item 3.B Case No. CU2022-0024 / BID, LLC that was set for tonight, April 4, 2024, at 6:30 p.m.
This item is continued to a date uncertain due to a request from the applicant for a continuance of the public hearing to address agency and staff comments and questions; and there is an expected lack of quorum on this item due to potential conflict of interest.
This item will be re-noticed for a future public hearing to a future date to be determined.
“Public input is important to the process, and we want to ensure everyone has the ability to review all the documents and provide thorough public comments,” said Sabrina Minshall, Director of Development Services Department. “Also, the absences of a quorum would prevent the Planning & Zoning Commission from being able to act on the item.”
Any additional information will be posted online at https://www.canyoncounty.id.gov/land-hearings/ and the public comment timeframe will be reopened due to the unique circumstances of this case.
