The Canyon County Parks, Cultural & Natural Resources Department Director Nichole Schwend has announced today that Celebration Park fire danger will be changed to “Very High (orange)”and Martin Landing fire danger will be changed to “High (yellow).”
The fire ban will remain in effect for Celebration Park but Martin Landing will allow fires only in designated fire pits. In addition, no pallet fires, rock ring fires, or charcoal grills will be allowed. Propane camp stoves for cooking will still be allowed while the burn ban is in effect.
Visitors are asked to please adhere to the fire conditions signs to help protect Celebration Park and Martin Landing.
