The Canyon County Deputies’ Association is hosting its first annual 5K Run & Walk Fundraiser on Saturday, May 18, at Lake Lowell Park. This event is FREE to attend and open to runners and walkers of all ages. Donations will be accepted, and raffle tickets will also be available for purchase. All proceeds from the fundraiser will go to the non-profit 501(c)3 Thin Blue Line of Hope, which raises funds for law enforcement officers and the families of law enforcement officers who are killed or wounded in the line of duty.
